Leon is a Consultant Psychiatrist with extensive experience of managing common and complex mental health problems in the general adult population, as well as in services that are profession specific. He has a diploma in occupational medicine, and has considerable  knowledge and experience from working with major insurance providers, with occupational health providers and with human resource departments of both small and large organisations. He can offer reasoned clinical and pragmatic suggestions for managing mental health challenges and their impact in the workplace.

He is experienced in providing high quality and clear medicolegal assessments/reports as well as reports advising on fitness to work and reasonable adjustments within the workplace.

Activity also includes work-shops in psychoeducation and skills to manage people’s mental wellbeing in organisations.

Interventions can be face-to-face or online.
